The event was scheduled from 28-30 May 2020 and was taking place at Lillehammer, Norway. The International Publishers Association (IPA) and the Norwegian Publishers Association (NPA) have taken this tough decision of cancelling the event due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The virus has affected thousands of lives globally and still, it is spreading the wildfire. There are many international and national events postponed or cancelled due to this global pandemic. IPA and NPA have decided to hold the 33rd International Publishers Congress event till things get better.
